The 2024 Magnolia Summerfest and Seafair Parade is in the heart of the Magnolia village within the City of Seattle. The festival takes place on Magnolia Playfield. The Magnolia Summerfest has been a community event sponsored by the Magnolia Chamber of Commerce for 68 years and has been a Seafair Community Event since 1985.  Magnolia is a family-friendly community that has a great appreciation for fine art and crafts.  The festival includes live music, food vendors, arts and crafts booths, inflatable rides, beer garden and, of course, the Seafair Parade and Kid’s Parade.  This year’s festival will be held on Friday, August 2nd - Sunday, August 4th. Friday is an optional vendor day with the beer garden, music, bouncy houses and limited food vendors opening at 1pm.

Dates and Deadlines:

  • July 2nd - Last day to submit applications (unless all spots fill up earlier)

  • July 9th - Cancellation deadline for full refund

  • Fri, August 2nd - Vendor Load-in: 9am – 12pm.  Festival begins @ 1pm (optional vendor day)

  • Sat, August 3rd - Vendor Hours: 10:30am-5pm (or later if you choose)

  • Sun, August 4th - Vendor Hours: 10:30am-5pm.  Load-out begins @ 5pm

Additional Details:

  • Vendors are required to bring their own (max.) 10’x10’ canopy for their booth space.  It must include side walls for weather and security. No canopies will be available to borrow or rent at the festival.  

  • The festival is held on a grass field. All booths must have proper weights on all four corners due to occasional winds.  Staking will NOT be permitted.   

  • Our setup allows each booth to be a “corner booth”.

  • If you require reliable power, we ask that you bring a generator.  We have a limited number of booths with limited power available.

  • Load-in instructions will be sent a week prior to the event.  

  • We will have security on the site all night on Friday and Saturday, though we cannot be responsible for loss or damage due to unforeseen circumstances.  We advise that you do not leave valuables in your booth overnight.  

  • Payment can be made by check or credit card via digital payment.
